The challenge of mastering another language can affect the students’ motivation and learning approach in several ways during the learning process and depending on their language level. In the paper Changes in Motivation Among Chinese English-Major Students in Different Academic Years and the Relationship Between their Motivations and Strategies, author Guo Xinhua prepares a questionnaire survey to investigate the changes that occur in the motivation of Chinese English-major students, as well as the connection between their motivations and strategies.

BRAIN Journal – A Review Of The Application Of The Concept Of Economic And Smart Sustainable Value Added (SSVA) In Industries Performance Evaluations
Value and wealth creation are among the most important goals of society these days. Industry performance entails the incorporation of the objectives of smart sustainable development, namely social and territorial cohesion, economic efficiency, innovation, digital and environmental performance, into a company’s operational practices. Companies that compete globally are increasingly required to commit to and report on the overall smart sustainability performances of operational initiatives. The current indicator frameworks that are available to measure overall business sustainability do not effectively address all aspects of sustainability at operational level, especially in developing countries such as Romania, Belarus or Macedonia. For the sake of achieving these goals and objectives, the corporation, investor and government need some instruments in order to measure the potential value of each investment opportunity. In this particular study the authors adopted adopted EVA indicator to Belarusian general economic conditions and specifics of available aggregate sector data by adjusting return on investment and cost of capital. BRAIN Journal – Open Education Practices for Learners with Disabilities
Transition from traditional learning to open up education, the equality, openness and access has been reached for all learners without any time and distance limitations. While engaging online learning process, student support is the crucial element to provide active participation and match learners’ needs and expectations during the process. Within a framework of online pedagogy, learner development is challenging pattern and heart of the online practices which mainly three components have been underlined: (1) student support, (2) institutional support, and (3) teaching learning process including assessment as learning procedure in higher education. This study aims to provide an example of open resources education course for orthopedically disabled learners which online training course supports learners and their families for their professional development within a frame of counseling and guidance. The study is significant to underline the principles of online pedagogy within the process and enrich abilities of learners including family members in particular contents. Furthermore, the study shows how open education resources could be motivation for social learning within the life as part of the life-long learning philosophy. In addition to that, it contributes to underline the success of effective pedagogy in online context for learners with disabilities.
