BRAIN: The Interplay among EFL Teachers´ Teaching Experience, Critical Thinking, and Classroom Management

It is a complex concept as it refers to more than one action. This involves the ability to make each class interesting and thus keeping the students focused, and also dealing with unexpected problems in an appropriate way. When classroom management techniques are applied effectively, the students are active, they participate in class and they are not distracted by other things. They are also encouraged to express their opinions, which enhances their moral and social development.
