BRAIN: Micro Expression Recognition Using the Eulerian Video Magnification Method

In the new volume of BRAIN journal, researchers Elham Zarezadeh and Mehdi Rezaeian have come up with a new research on the Micro Expression Recognition Using the Eulerian Video Magnification Method.

In this paper they propose another methodology for facial smaller scale expressions recognition. For this reason the Eulerian Video Magnification (EVM) strategy is utilized to recover the inconspicuous movements of the face. The consequences of this strategy are acquired as in the amplified pictures succession. In this study the numerical tests are performed on two databases: Spontaneous Micro expression (SMIC) and Classification and Sourcing Managers Executive (CASME).

BRAIN : A Synoptic of Software Implementation for Shift Registers Based on 16th Degree Primitive Polynomials

BRAIN journal has recently published a research paper A Synoptic Of Software Implementation For Shift Registers Based On 16th Degree Primitive Polynomials developed by Mirella Amelia Mioc from Suceava, Romania.

BRAIN: The Technological Advent and Dynamics of the Network Society. The “MiddleAged Approach”

In the latest BRAIN journal, a few researchers joined forces in developing a study on Technological Advent and Dynamics of the Network Society, with a reference to the MiddleAged Approach.

Elena-Mădălina Vătămănescu, Elena-Alexandra Gorgos,  Andreia-Gabriela Andrei and  Vlad-Andrei Alexandru from Bucharest, Romania focused on researching how the network society has affected people aged 55 to 64.
